CONFERENCE OVERVIEW (4th Edition of LA-CCI):
The IEEE 2017 Latin American Conference on Computational Intelligence aims to (i) bring together the Soft Computing
community to present the latest achievements and innovations in the multiple areas of Computational Intelligence and
(ii) encourage participation by young researchers. Following the ethos of LA-CCI (check the Manifesto at http://la-cci.org
we are glad to put together a high-level international forum for scientists, researchers, engineers, professionals and educators
to jointly disseminate latest research results and exchange views of the future research directions in the areas associated
to Computational Intelligence.

-Top papers of IEEE LA-CCI 2017 will be published as extended versions in important journals related with CI (Including IEEE Latin America Transactions)
